Okay so here is the lighter side of Vineyards & Wine tasting down in Southern Minnesota. An evening combined with college buddy and a vineyard = great fun. We began vineyard at Morgan Creek Vineyards in New Ulm and ended at the raucous Wine Bar in Mankato. All in all it made for a lovely evening. Started with delicious wine (can I tell you how they have perfected cold hardy grapes into bold red wines!) Ended with some insanely cheap Hendricks gin martinis. What a nice weekend.
